Sounds like:
Burial,
Aphex Twin
Why do we like this?
Electronic pioneer Zomby has made waves this year with the release of his acclaimed sophomore album Dedication.
A fixture on end of year lists, we finally got around to listening to the album -- more specifically, "Natalia's Song."
Sampling the work of Russian pop star Irina Dubtzova, "Natalia's Song" is the antithesis of Zomby's debut album, the ravey Where Were You In 92. Instead, the ethereal atmosphere brings him more in line with the likes of fellow celebrated recluse Burial.
Enjoy!
