Why do we like this?

Have you noticed the difference between mere movement and movement done with intent? The latter seems to have a sense of flow to it, that brings about awareness and a sense of ease within the body.

The remix of "Todo Homem" from Antdot & Maz encapsulates that difference. It feels like a remix done with intent, and as a result, it's a song that can easily stay on repeat, drawing out the day as it infuses one's present moment with a sense of ease and calm.

After all, aren't we all just looking for a little respite?
