Why do we like this?

I'm fashionably late to this party but better late than never. This track is off of Yung Bae's album,Bae 5, released this summer. The entire LP is a dance-able tribute to funk and nu-disco from the Los Angeles-based producer.

Not much substance to the lyrical composition, something I'm normally against. However, the optimistic instrumental and continuous "La La La" make up for this scarcity. There's somethin' special about this one.

Picture this: a stressed college student, looking for any glimpse of hope during midterm season. They find this infectious track and their stress melts away. That college student grew up to be Elon Musk. Truly inspiring.
