Why do we like this?

Yeah, this is one of the more interesting songs to come across my desk in a long while. And before it even starts, it's over.

Yuma Yamaguchi wrote this as part of a soundtrack for a film that aired in Japan earlier this month on NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation).

It's haunting, beautiful, and finishes before you even have a chance to settle in. And I think that's why I keep coming back for me.
