Why do we like this?

Following up from her stunning foray into the industry with debut single "Heart of Daisies," Melbourne's Yuko Nishiyama recently returned with fresh new material. After dropping her debut album a couple of months back, we are now able to turn our attention to the record's title track "Parade."

Nishiyama is a supremely talented songwriter, with the musical nous to complete her creations with aplomb. While there's nothing simple about her music, there's an easiness she generates that is beyond her years -- I just want to keep listening. It's sunny and dreamy, but in a substantial way that will serve her well for future releases.
