Young Wonder x Black Light Dinner Party We Are Golden

Here is a whimsical, wonderful rework of Black Light Dinner Party's "We Are Golden" by Irish duo Young Wonder. Both groups have taken great care to stress their mutual collaboration on this track; his isn't merely a remix -- it's clearly something greater, and their sounds coalesce nicely. Both outfits have excelled at delivering evocative dreamscapes re-enforced by careful vocals (and in this case, readings) that add just the right amount of context, enough to ground without impinging on the listener's own interpretation.

We can look forward to another intersection of these two, next time in reverse, as Black Light Dinner Party takes on Young Wonder's "Electrified" -- too cute! (This one's a free download, assuming the next will be as well.)

Could this be the start of a new trend? It's definitely making me think of other groups I'd like to see expand upon this idea. Thoughts?
