You know who we don't talk about enough? Martha Stewart. A legend. A true American icon. A woman who can hang with Snoop Dogg, arrange a perfect flower vase, make a million off a cookbook, and commit some serious white collar crimes. A true polymath.
Thankfully, Young Thug knows to pay credit where its due. His new collaborative EP with Carnage, Young Martha, is titled after Stewart. "She's a boss," Carnage told Hot New Hip Hop. He isn't wrong.
I find it beautiful that we live in a world where the forces of Young Thug, Martha Stewart, and Carnage can come together and produce a song about an unsustainable animal hybrid, the liger. Let's all take a second, listen, and enjoy that.
