YngSnd Like You

Imagine you're a small-town artist based out of Burbank, California, and a homie of yours gets the smart idea to put together a compilation of other local artists. The next step would be getting it out to the world, right? Well, unfortunately, it's not that easy…there's a lot of music out there, and most people would rather check out something from an artist they're already familiar with.

However, I'm fortunate to have checked out Cntral Sounds' first compilation. The lead track by YngSnd really stuck out to me amongst all of the great tunes — it's likely the first on the playlist for that very reason. "Like You" just has that chilling vibe I've been digging for lately.
