Why do we like this?
Announcing the release of their first album in six years, French pop duo, Yelle, are celebrating with new single, "Je T’aime Encore."
Despite not speaking French, I can still enjoy the subtle pop flourish of this piano anchored electro-pop number. Clearing up what the song is about Yelle explained;
It's a love letter to our country France. We wanted to create a gorgeous, deep song, based on pure, classical French pop chords. 'Je T'aime Encore' feels like when you are stretching out in your cosy bed, after a perfect night. Wake up people, we are back!
It's a wonderful return from the French pop act and a great sign of what we can expect from their fourth album due out later this year.
