Why do we like this?

Berlin based, Australian singer/songwriter Yates has just dropped a stellar remake of 112's classic R&B jam "It’s Over Now." 

Yates transcends expectations by re-writing this 90s urban classic into a contemporary piece of modern-day music, establishing him as a songwriter to keep an eye on.

Over the past couple of years, he has carved a deserved place in the electronic infused folk scene, with his distinct, pop influenced sound and piano heavy songs managing to gather him a dedicated following after the release of his debut EP earlier this year.
