Why do we like this?

After reportedly putting everything on the line for the conception of his band's second album,Pursuit of Momentary Happiness,an absolute stunner that was worth the effort if you ask me, Oli Burslem still found the strength to put out a small EP. It was probably made of the scraps that didn't make the cut.

The truth is this EP, Atlas Complex, is a pretty good compilation of alternative and post-punk songs in its own right. "Am I A Good Man" is f*cking awesome and deserves this honorable mention, as it was the one that led me to discover YAK. To be honest I haven't been listening to anything ever since, so I hope it does the same for you.
