Why do we like this?
XO, aka Sunil Heera, is a relatively young musician out of the UK. Something about the British Island -- maybe it's the water -- keeps churning out consistently decent musical talent, and I'm going to group XO amongst this collective.
"Pulling Me Under" is a solid track by Heera, featuring the delicious vocals by fellow artist Leo Kalyan. The melody has all the expected components like strong hi hats, piano, percussion, and silky vocals which spiral emotionally throughout the entirety of the production.
Loops of vocals arpeggios pull listeners right under, just as the lyrics state. This is definitely the sort of tune that functions at both the beginning and end of an evening out.
