Why do we like this?

"BOOM" is the cracking first taste of American act X Ambassadors' forthcoming sophomore album.

A slinky bass line gets the party started as Sam Harris sings the catchy chorus before "BOOM" kicks into another gear with a wicked guitar riff, handclaps, and pulsating percussion. 

This is an indie-meets-electronic sounding pop thumper that's perfect soundtrack for a night out.

Despite the upbeat feel of the track, "BOOM" deals with some heavy issues, with the song "about recovery and revolutions, and overcoming personal demons and toxic relationships."
