Formerly known as BWWWOYs, electronic duo WWWINGS is stylistically one of the most innovative duos around, at the moment. With that being said, it makes sense that they have received attention by the label that brought us genius like Venetian Snares, Jlin, and even some releases from the production legend, Aphex Twin.
From the beginning, there is a thick, pulsating bass line, eerie pads and sound effects, which slowly build into a mechanical mind fuck of a tune. "Ahead Of The Game" combines sound design that is both sludgy metallic, and an arrangement that is as entertaining as it is creative and fresh.
