New York collective World's Fair are another emerging hip-hop entity that are part of the growing Beast Coast movement. Made up of Jeff Donna, Prince SAMO, Cody B. Ware, Lansky Jones, Remy Banks, and Nigel Nasty, the six members haven't released much material together, more known for group within a group Children Of The Night, comprising Lansky Jones, Remy Banks and Nigel Nasty.
Confused much? Well, things don't get any easier with World's Fair's latest single "NGM," featuring only three of the six members; Nasty Nigel, Prince SAMO, and Remy Banks.
With its murky beat and chorus of "never gonna make it," there's a tinge of old school about "NGM," with all three MCs delivering tight, distinct verses that illustrate their different personalities. Their debut full-length release is scheduled for later this year, but until then you check out their
SoundCloud page, especially the ode to New York "96 Kicks."
