Why do we like this?

Aussie artist Woodes has managed to win me over on numerous occasions, most-recently a year ago with her single "Rise."

This year marks a return for the budding young artist, with a powerful ballad titled "Dots." It took me a couple listens to get into, but I think underneath it all lies a pretty genuine passion.

There are a lot of artists down under who are supporting Woodes, so I reckon there's plenty more quality music to come. We'll probably be here sharing it with you :)
