Why do we like this?

Way back in the day, LCD Soundsystem hit the scene and knocked my socks off. I still haven't managed to find those socks, which basically means that anyone who channels James Murphy is gonna get the nod from me.

Enter Winn Winn, an indie dance loving couple with a few years of funk under their belts. While some of their previous stuff has a distinct lofi house feel to it (eg last year's "Turn You Up"), this one channels a much more upbeat vibe that seems to get me pumped up for, well, anything.

In case the name sounds familiar, we actually picked up on these guys back in 2022 with "Pool Day." Oh, and one member of Winn Winn also happens to be part of SWIMM (unless they're doppelgängers, that is).

Anywho, here's hoping for a few more quality hits out of Winn Winn!
