So sad, so happy, yet pensive, and dreary; but also enlightened, and at some points optimistic, in a sad way though. This song and it's accompanying video are the recipe to emotional havoc.
The music video had me in tears. Which kind of tears, I don't know exactly. Although it did lead me to an idea that might prove revolutionary for music of this type.
Mood Tears. Much like mood rings, but they require genetic modification pre-birth that bring on color change in hosts' sweat glands, or any area where humans precipitate.
So, for instance, if you get sad at the gym, you'll start sweating purple and people around you will know to avoid you. Or, by crying yellow, people will definitely know that their joke was hilarious, or really hurtful, which would be orange.
