Why do we like this?

There are quite a few bands out there that emulate this soft indie pop sound, but few do it as well as WILDES.  They came to my attention a few months ago with their track "Bare," and now they've got something new for us.

WILDES new track "Illuminate" is a beautiful and delicate piece of work that soothes the ears.  WILDES has provided a backdrop of the song on her SoundCloud, which is the following:

"'Illuminate' is a reflection on our human error” explains WILDES, continuing "It's about recognising (or illuminating) the qualities that make us human, but can also lead to our downfall. The song came from the idea that we will do anything - whether it be good or incredibly dangerous - for the people we love and the causes we believe in."
