Why do we like this?
Song of the Day options are quite sparse today, but this remix of Wild Belle's "It's Too Late" by French duo Employee Of The Year caught my attention.
The original version was released by Wild Belle sometime toward the end of last year, and features a sort of ska / upbeat / jam-band feel. So with that in mind, I think Employee Of The Year have actually done a fantastic job transforming the vibe into something a bit more "futuristic."
Listening to the two side-by-side certainly increases my appreciation of this rendition.
