Why do we like this?

White Denim are a rock-and-roll band from Austin, Texas with a forth coming album titled Side Effects coming next month.

White Denim's single "Magazin" from 2018's album Performance is a fuzzy slice of groovy rock that struts straight out of the speaker and into your ears. With a slowly simmering guitar riff and a catchy chorus, "Magazin" is definitely one to add to your feel good playlist.

The outstanding production on the track allows the song to breath, but adds a twist of swampy blues and soul with just a touch of Marc Bolan like magic.The use of horns adds an offbeat roundness to the track that emphasizes the rhythm. Towards the end a fantastically twisted psychedelic horn solo propels the track to reaching its sonic climax.

If you don't know who White Denim are, I strongly suggest looking them up and seeing what the fuss is about.
