Whilk And Misky Child of the Moon

Can you believe more than two years have passed since I last shared a song by Whilk and Misky? And it was a remix, to boot.

Needless to say, this has been a long time coming.

Part of that gap is explained by the fact that the duo called it quits in 2017, frustrated by outside pressure to adjust their artwork to 3 minute snippets.

Fortunately for us, they got together earlier this year and spent 3 weeks on the coast of Wales recording a bunch of new music. The result was called the Restoration EP.

Turns out they had more up their sleeves. "Child of the Moon," which showcases a return to their roots, will appear as the opening track of their upcoming five-track EP Blood Moon.
