Why do we like this?

Not a whole lot has come out of the WET camp in the last year or so, but the release of their newest single "Deadwater" signals the emphatic return of the Brooklyn trio. 

I'm glad to report that the quietly spoken melodies and delicate dream pop stylings have returned in what is yet another brilliant female vocalist-driven single. The ebb and flow of production cannot be faulted here; Kelly Zutrau's vocal performance is as stoical and moving as ever. 

I can only hope their upcoming debut album Don't You is as every bit good as this single.
