Why do we like this?

Oh boy oh boy, I really liked this song from the word go. It's just got so much passion behind it.

The song comes courtesy of Welles, a Nashville-based band fronted by Jehsea Wells, who had his origins in Ozark, Arkansas. They has a distinctly Jack White influence to their music-making (at least based on this song), but manage to pull it off in a unique and enjoyable manner.

Keep posted for their upcoming EP called Codeine, available April 28th via C3 Records.
