Why do we like this?

Over the past few years, Brisbane producer Weakling (Zak Rowling) has forged out his own little niche, creating a varied back catalogue of electronica. Already releasing four EPs, Weakling recently dropped what is his finest work to date in the form of new single "Be Jealous."

This upbeat, groove-riddled track is an easy listen, kicking off with an interesting percussive outset before settling back into a hypnotic groove. It's got a definite UK feel to it, and fans of Australian trio Movement will also find plenty to enjoy here, especially in the shadowy, echoing vocals. 

Weakling is another well-versed Australian producer creating some solid tunes. You can check out more from him on Bandcamp.
