Why do we like this?

It's been a couple of years since we've heard from We Are The City, a western Canadian experimental indie rock trio that made a pretty heavy splash with their most recent record, Violent. (If you haven't heard it by now... find it.) 

It's been a big week for the BC boys, after dropping a documentary filmed while on tour of Europe called Whether You Care Or Not, they also released a new single perhaps teasing at a new record with their new label. 

It's entirely fetching, in a Foster the People sort of way, though without losing their trademark penchant for sounds and rhythms dangerous and off-kilter.
