Why do we like this?

Sydney producer Sondrio has had a lot of attention in the last couple of months. It’s all thanks to some big momentum he’s had coming off a couple of very big remixes. Namely from a jacked-up house remix I featured back in January he did of the Fat Boy Slim classic "Praise You".

Also, have you ever found a standout gem of a track while listening to something else on SoundCloud? That’s how Sondrio found the original of this Vokes track. He heard it after he was listening to something else, liked it, emailed Vokes and got the stems he needed. This remix is the end result.

Early remix work from Sondrio shows he has a flare for bass lines and fast-paced house. That’s cool by me. Word is he’s working on more original material too. That's also cool by me and I'll be watching out for it.
