Why do we like this?

Two of Chi Town's best indie rappers, Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper, team up for the minimalistic "Suitcase." Cam Osteen provides a dreamy beat for the two up starts to trade lyrical wit over, with Chance discussing fatherhood and Mensa a plane crash.

Okay, it sounds a little abstract, but both MCs showcase their considerable skills, with Chance's introspective lyrics really hitting home.

At 20 years of age, both Mensa and Chance are leading the new brigade of Chicago hip-hop, and while Chance tasted success with his debut this year, it looks like Mensa's turn will follow shortly in 2014.
