Why do we like this?

When I first read that this Brisbane 12-piece described themselves as the "Earth's Mightiest Band" I thought it was slightly corny, but amusing. But listening to their newest single "Sneakers," I'd say that they are doing a pretty darn good job of living up to that description.

There's just so much appeal to Velociraptor's garagey yet crisp guitar lines that engage the listener in their uptempo rock anthems. The melodies are as catchy as ever. I dare you to not to get swept up in this fast-paced affair delivered by some awesome rock purists.

Their debut album is due to be released August 15!
