The South East London singer-songwriter turned producer VEDA BLACK has put out "Thru The Mirror," an R&B track chock full of springy synths and silky smooth vocals.
The artist's ability to capture bits of funk, lo-fi indie, and old school hip-hop make for an engaging joy-ride. She's got all the right pieces floating into place -- the sound here is new and anachronistic all at once. Just the right combination to pique my interest, and I'm sure your's too.
