Why do we like this?
It's an oldie but a goodie: Chromeo's remix of "The kids Don't Stand a Chance" by Vampire Weekend. The song comes off their 2008 eponymous debut album Vampire Weekend, which sold around 27,000 copies in the first week of its release. Since then, it has made its way into a few "best of the decade" lists, including Pitchfork's and Rolling Stone's.

To be honest, I'm actually quite surprised that it was so recent. I thought Vampire Weekend had been around for quite a while longer (I tend to associate them -- incorrectly -- with Weezer). I guess 2008 wasn't as long ago as I remember...
