I'd be lying if I said I was a fan of mash-ups. The vibes are usually a little too barbecue/graduation party for me. But I am a huge fan of Sade, who has never been a frequent collaborator in her career, so I enjoy hearing her sounds mixed with those of other artists (such as the fantastic Sade/MF Doom tape Sadevillain).
Drake has never been quiet about his adoration for Sade, but the feelings must not be entirely mutual, as as she has turned down his efforts to collaborate in the past. However, Brooklyn DJ John McSwain, a.k.a. Vacations, was able to make the rapper's wish come true with his mash-up tape More Love. And we can assume Drake is pretty excited about this, as he opened last weeks OVO Sound Radio show on Beats 1 with all 5 consecutive tracks from the tape.
