Why do we like this?

Portuguese trio Vaarwell first crossed our path in March of 2018 when we picked up their single "Stay." I can't say I've kept up with them since then, but perhaps that's my loss, because this new single "Money" demonstrates that they're definitely worth paying attention to.

Where "Stay" had a more upbeat indie pop vibe, "Money" is a haunting dark pop single that pulls off some absolutely wonderful harmonization. It's set to appear on the band's upcoming EP, a release that hopefully contains a few more gems like this one.
