Why do we like this?

Such a well rounded tune, this one. Perhaps in another life this song was a ball. Perhaps in another universe this was a ball in a reality where instead of people there were balls, and this one, and all of its friends, rolled around to places and did things humans do.

It's so well rounded, in fact, that it was purportedly the inspiration behind Apple's redesign of the iPhone 5. And, it's no wonder that Escher had "Hunnybee" in mind when creating his famous Hand with Reflecting Sphere.

So, while the world turns on its axis, just remember that the pivotal forces moving the ground we stand on are driven by music that sounds like what you're currently listening to.
