Why do we like this?

Here's one of the rare instances where a deep house remix of a pop song actually works. German producer Pretty Pink is capitalizing on the US trend toward the deeper side of house, and continues on a roll after remixing legends Daft Punk and France's FAUL.

The oft-spoken yet ignored adage "less is more" is a guiding light in this remix. Pretty Pink successfully strips away all the pop trimmings and glitz and layers on some rudimentary house melodies to craft her signature pretty house sound (see what I did there?).
