Ahh, Tycho. You've done it again. You've created a dreamy soundscape of soothing, ambient beats that lull the listener into a surreal alternate reality, where everything sounds softer and more subdued.

"Hours" is the first single off of Dive, the newest album from Tycho

(aka Scott Hansen) that's due out November 15. The track got nearly 2500 plays in just 8 hours after Tycho posted it to his SoundCloud page yesterday. Yes, it's that good.

San Francisco-based Tycho is signed to Ghostly International, a favorite here at Indie Shuffle; other talents at Ghostly include (but aren't limited to) Com Truise, Gold Panda, Shigeto, Phantogram, and School of Seven Bells.
