Why do we like this?
"Settle Down" is the second single taken from Vancouver act Twin River's forthcoming Passing Shade record.
This is another example of the five-piece's garage pop sound that incorporates melodic guitar riffs and driving percussion, with Courtney Ewan's angelic vocals front and centre.
Speaking with Interview Magazine, Ewan's had this to say about the track;
"When I wrote "Settle Down" I felt a bit stuck in my life and wanted to figure out what was weighing me down. It's a bit moodier than the rest of the songs on the album, but it's probably the most direct address of what the entire album encompasses."
Passing Shade is released June 17.
