Why do we like this?

Brazilian band Turtle Giant aren't new to Indie Shuffle, but there's a good chance their name won't ring a bell to regular visitors. That's because the last time we covered them was almost two years ago for a single titled "Orange Grape."

Fortunately the surf-rock trio are back, and we've got the scoop on their brand new single "Golden Summer." Those of you in the Southern Hemisphere will no doubt enjoy the surf rock vibes embodied by the ~4 minute single -- I know it's certainly hitting the spot for me in this 33C weather.

"Golden Summer" is taken off the band's upcoming album Many Mansions (Part 1), due for release in the Northern Hemisphere's Spring of this year.
