Why do we like this?

Turn To Crime is a three-piece band led by Derek Stanton, formerly of Awesome Colors; Ian Saylor and Dorian Foerg complete the line-up. The trio is based out Detroit, and their sound will cater to fans of Pure X.

Their single "Sunday's Cool" has some great rhythm -- the experimental rock sound is complimented by smooth vocals, guitar, and drums, which all flow together really well.

Turn To Crime's debut album, Can't Love, is due out June 1 via Mugg & Bopp Records/Old Flame Records. As we wait for pre-order to become available, be sure to follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
