If you're like me, you lay awake at night thinking about what happened to Boston's Gentlemen Hall. You may also, in your more contemplative moments, remember the song "Kings" from Tribe Society, released earlier this year. What does it all mean?
Today, this alternative quintet currently based in Washington Heights -- and, yes, formerly known as Gentlemen Hall -- carefully blend a fusion of rock, industrial, and hip-hop. They released their debut EP Lucid Dreams on June 22 and had their debut at this year's SXSW opening up for Incubus. In addition, they've also recently announced a string of shows with X Ambassadors.
Their latest song, "Pain Told Love," features Kiesza (who previously worked with the likes of Joey Bada$$ and Duran Duran). It's worthy unpackaging their latest track, exploring what the recently formed Tribe Society is all about. You won't be disappointed.
