Why do we like this?

Thank God for noise-canceling headphones, because I wrote this from the complete opposite of a "Quiet Room." There's a party going on in my office, as there is downstairs, and my head is throbbing. Whatever… I'm still plugging away.

The record really caught my attention due to its synth work, so I reached out to Tom from the band to get his take on the record.

“I feel Quiet Room shows how we’ve developed as a band in the last year and is a sign of where we’re at. It has more depth than anything we’ve released previously. It has this weird contrast where the verse - and also lyrically - it has this melancholy, solemn tone yet at the same time has this big anthemic, feel-good chorus which people just love when we play live. It really resonates.” Tom Wilkinson (synthesizer)
