Brisbane's Tourism has become a bit of a regular on Indie Shuffle; two of their previous singles -- "Horses Back" and "City Never Sleeps" -- were both well received. 2013 will see the young band release their debut EP (around the middle of the year), which is sure to increase the buzz generated from their earlier work and constant touring schedule.
With half of the four-piece growing up in the UK, their new single once again tips its hat to the Brit-pop genre. "Float Away" is split into two parts -- a playful jaunt highlighted by Jozef Wisniewski's raucous vocals and an interesting use of horn samples, with epic, grungy guitar riffs appearing throughout the track.
With the EP now in sight, Tourism are set to again hit the road in support of its release. While you're here, check out the video clip of the single below.
