Tigertown Lonely Cities

Rummaging through my music library, I could've sworn that Tigertown was a band of the past. Turns out I had purchased their 2012 Before The Morning EP, a release that was painted in dreamy folklore. 

Let's just say that their latest single "Lonely Cities" entertains the idea that they've evolved into something pretty special. Now signed to the illustrious Neon Gold label, Sydney's Tigertown are on the prowl (yes pun intended) to claim the title of Australia's jangliest pop group of 2016. 

There's some quite scintillating guitar work in this release, but it does stay true to their earnest beginnings, with a thrilling hook that will have you sold from the start.
