Why do we like this?

It's been too long since I've posted a Lukas Lyrestam track. His recently released remix of Tiga's "Eye Luv U" speaks strongly of techno nostalgia and it's such a nice trip back in time.

Here in the Techno City, aka Detroit, we're still living in the shadow of the forefathers like Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Eddie Fowlkes... 

With Movement Festival right around the corner it's a good time to brush up on that techno history - the sounds that bred "Eye Luv U". 

Mad respect for the quality vibes from both Tiga and Lyrestam.
