Why do we like this?

Tica Douglas is finally returning with her next album, and Indie Shuffle is excited to premiere her track "I Didn't," a swoon-worthy indie folk gem.

Tica's unique voice leads the way as electric guitar accompanies her melodies along with the chirp of a cricket. As the song picks up, the chords get a bit rockier, the drums chime in with a gentle tapping, and Tica's vocals are carefully layered. With each instrumental addition, this tune gets more and more complex, and it's immensely enjoyable. This is what I'd call easy listening indie rock.

Keep your eye out for Tica's newest album, Joey, set to release later this month!
