Why do we like this?

Just as 2017 entered warp speed toward the Suck Galaxy, Thundercat's announced a new album, Drunk, due out February 24. So at least we have that to look forward to as the world burns around us.

Of course it's got A-list features, including Pharrell, Kendrick Lamar, and FlyLo. Lead single “Show You the Way” may take the feature cake, though, by sharing its stage with none other than Michael McDonald and Kenny Loggins.

You can read more about the album and accompanying tour dates on Consequence of Sound. I'm too busy laughing at the fact that I sincerely listed Childish Gambino as a "sounds like" reference for Thundercat. Are you awake yet, my love?
