Why do we like this?
Sometimes a good remix of The xx just hits the spot. Given that I'm currently traveling by train through the Finish countryside in gray and rainy weather (is this what Midsummer is supposed to be like?!), U&I and davidDann's remix of "Together" is absolutely hitting the spot.

It goes without saying that The xx's style lends itself best to minimal remixes -- perhaps more so than any other out there. In this case I'll have to agree with Blah Blah Blah Science's assessment that this version "captures an excellent bit of mood and after hours club atmosphere."
