Why do we like this?
At this point, if you're a huge fan of The xx you've probably heard their new album Coexist (either via stream on NRP, or *cough cough* illegally downloaded). But you might not have heard this song...
"Reconsider" is a bonus track off the album that has somehow made its way onto the interwebs. Not entirely sure of the source, but hey, it's out there and I figured I'd bring it your way.
The song itself lives up to everything we'd expect from The xx. It's a little slow to get going, but overall enjoyable to listen to to the vocal interplay between Romy and Oliver. I can't say this is music I'd want to play for my friends, but it's nice to listen to in private.
