Why do we like this?
Everyone here knows The xx. But you may not know the 19 year old from New Hampshire responsible for this fantastic remix of "Intro."
CRNKN is a self proclaimed "regular dude" with "a dog, and some socks and other odds and ends." He's only been producing for six months or so, which makes this track all the more impressive.
Sidestepping the dubstep stuff I've come to expect, CRNKN turned "The Intro" into a monster dance track with raging bass and synth work. House remixes are a dime a dozen, but there is something special about this tune.
Up to this point, CRNKN had been making splash on SoundCloud and on Facebook. I'd say he did a cannonball off of the high dive with this one.
