Why do we like this?
After the release of "Your Body is a Weapon" nearing the end of 2013, I think it was safe to assume that a new record was on the horizon for The Wombats in 2014. Alas, we were left empty handed, but the Liverpool trio have started off 2015 very strongly with their brand new single "Greek Tragedy," taken off their upcoming album Glitterbug.
The truth is you're going to absolutely love The Wombats or completely hate them. If you've been a fan for the long haul, you won't be disappointed by the signature big room vocals of Matthew Murphy. The track's production is edgy enough to warrant replay after replay, and there's no denying those nostalgic Brit rock guitar lines.
Glitterbug is set for release in April!
